Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

North Shore Septic Pros ("we," "us") operates northshoresepticpros.com. This policy explains what we collect through this website and any phone line we publish, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you submit: your name, phone number, email address, town, the type of job, your message, and whether you checked the optional contact consent box.
• Calls: if you call a number listed on this site, we receive your phone number and the time and length of the call. Calls may be recorded, and callers hear a notice at the start of the call.
• Technical data: the page you submitted from, your browser user agent, and IP address, which we use for fraud prevention and to improve the site.

How we use it

• To pass your request to an independent local professional so they can contact you about it.
• To follow up about your request.
• To prevent spam and abuse, and to keep records of requests and consent.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the independent local professional(s) who serve your town and the type of job you asked about. Those professionals handle your information under their own privacy practices. We also use service providers that host the website, store form submissions, and deliver email. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

Calls and texts

If you check the optional consent box, you agree to be contacted as described next to it. Consent is not required to use our service, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or by emailing help@northshoresepticpros.com.

Retention

We keep request records only as long as needed to handle your request and keep records of consent, generally no longer than 24 months, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons.

Your choices

To ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, email help@northshoresepticpros.com.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
